Hadio supports businesses and communities across Wales. Hadio forms just one part of the Thomas Allan Group, a professional services business consultancy firm based in Wales.
In addition, Hadio CBC launched as a Community Interest Company to bring businesses and communities together in Wales for proactive sustainability. We pledge 10% of our profits to Hadio CBC and by doing this we help community interest groups and social enterprises to make Wales a better place to live and work.

Founders Mentality
Meet Murray, Hadio’s founder. Murray has spent most of his career working for large organisations either as an employee or a business consultant. Here’s a few words to express his passion for why Hadio was created.
“Hadio helps businesses start and grow in a fast-paced, changing, work environment. Compared to the large companies I’ve worked for, change is managed with large budgets and armies of people. Of course, in smaller businesses, we don’t have the luxury of unlimited funding to take our business where we want it to be.
I would love to make a difference to the development of small businesses in Wales. I want to help businesses attract investment to reduce unemployment and increase average wages. Subsequently, this will help Wales level up compared to other parts of the UK. My passion is to see Wales prosper now and into the future; and I would love to see small businesses work together to make it happen.”
